Air separation plants are widely used for iron And steel works, chemical industry, such as for Polyethylene plant, fertilizer industry, hospitals, glass industry, food industry, etc. Large air separation plants include 1000m3 /h, 1500m3 /h, 3200m3 /h, 4500m3 /h, 6000m3 /h, 10000m3 /h, 15000m3 /h, 20000m3 /h, 30000m3 /h, to 63000 m3 /h and other series air separation plants, by which both gaseous products (O2 and N2) and liquid products, including low purity and high purity, can be produced and argon, neon, krypton and xenon can be recovered partially or fully according to client's requirements. Small air separation plants include 150m3/h oxygen plant, 350m3 /h oxygen plant, 550m3 /h nitrogen plant, 800 -1200m3 /h pure nitrogen plant, 21L /h gas refrigerator type liquid nitrogen plant, 15L /h liquid oxygen & liquid nitrogen plant, 122 -155L /h liquid oxygen & liquid nitrogen plant, 400Kg /g liquid oxygen & liquid nitrogen plant, 800L /h liquid oxygen plant.
