It adopts electromagnetic clutch and brake attractive transmission.TRANSMISSIONThe releasing and braking processes are both controlled by a microcomputer.WEFT INSERTIONWeft insertion mechanism uses an independent air nozzle. The process is initiated by a crank shaft. It drives the air pump by pressing a piston, letting compressed air burst out of the gate and blow the weft.CUTTERShedding cutter and blades are mounted on the weft insertion seat as an independent cutter device to cut the weft.BEATING-UPThe beating-up system has a special crank shaft which is linked to the machine base. As this shaft moves back and forth, as well as the steel buckle on the machine base, the weft inserting process is smoothly carried out.LET-OFF Interior electrical weft feeding is controlled by sensors and computer program, with the assistance of an auto tension adjustment device. Such a mechanism ensures an even feeding volume and a constant weft tension. (FOR PQ08B)TAKING-UPThe take up structure adopts worm wheel, and non-stop mechanism. The take up of cloth is conducted by the licker-in roller driven by change gears. (Electrical take up structure is added for PQ08B.)CLOTH-ROLLINGTorsion spring pressing cloth-rolling mechanism makes the removing of cloth as easy as just pressing the spring.STOPThe cutting of warp and weft is conducted by an electrical device which can stop automatically once the cutting is done. This device has a red light indicates the stop of warp and a green one indicates the stop of weft.
