One Brief introduction of AFFseries air flow jet grader This kind of grader adopts air flow jet grading technology and its main body is a square tube structure.This technology have changed the rotating air flow form of the cylindric body to make the material more scared and thus thia can improve the grading efficiency.This machine adopts the horizontal grading form with high precision and it has a very sharp shearing effect,a high shearing precision and a good control effect for the big particle.The hinge link form of the grading impeller can make it easy to remove the impeller,so this can make it convenient to adjust its clearance and maintain it.This design reflects the design thought of the human nature. AFF series products are applied to grade the ultrafine powder with the dry method and it is specially applied to grade the powder in the process of large-scale industrialisation. Two AFFSERIES GRADER Working principle The turbine grader,as a forced centrifugal grader with secondary air entry and vertical grading rotator,is composed of grading rotator,guiding vane rectifier,and screw feeder. The materials are fed through the upper cartridge,and the grains will be sieved and well distributed by the incoming air,which brings the grain to the grading zone.The centrifugal force produced by the fast rotation of grading rotator together with the centrifugal force by the pneumatic adhesion act on the grading grains.When the centrifugal force on the grain is greater than the centripetal force , the coarser grains above the grading range will be swirled down along the container wall. The second dry air will be rectified to uniform cyclone through the guiding vane , and separate the thinner grains form the coarser ones . The separated coarser grains will be blown out from the discharge port . Thethinner grains below the grading range will be blasted to cyclone separator and collector , whereas the purified air will be vented outside form the draft. It is equipped with strong separating unit , can effectectively separate and grad to the collective material . Series wound structure with step grading can produce at same time several products with different granualarity , and ultra-narrow granularity distribution can be achieved .
