Activated alumina

activated alumina can be widely used as drying agent, purifying agent, catalyst and their carrier in chemical fertilizer, petroleum and chemical industries, especially used as excellent fluorine removers in drinking water and in alkyl benzene production, transformer oil acid remover and arsenic remover in acid production. Activated alumina can’t dissolve in water or organic solvent, but it dissolves in strong acid and base. It is tasteless and poisonousless and possesses high mechanical strength, strong hygroscopicity, and can maintain original state instead of breaking into pieces after sucking up moisture.
