Ab Doer Twist

The Ab Doer Twist is targeted for virtually any fitness level. This is an easy to assemble device that has a structure of a seat but with an additional benefit of a movable back rest with a massaging roller, arm support and a 360 degree swivel action. It can also be adjusted with various resistance rods to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout. What the 360 degree motion does is that it can open up the body to targeting the whole midsection, the oblique muscles and the back for holistic midsection training.
