Raw materials are made of four parts :limestonesandstoneclay and iron dust.And they are sent to the Φ2.6 m × 10m ring-grinding mill system to be ground after proportioning at the bottom of batching station.To achieve the purpose that controlling the raw rate , we use computer batching system to regulate the proportion of raw material.After chosing by the powder concentrator,the eligible raw materials are conveyed into the 4-φ8×18m batch raw meal homogenizing silo to be d and stored, by chain conveyor and hoist. And the coarse powders are returned to the wheelhead to be ground again by the chian conveyor. The waste gas of cement grinding system goes into cyclone separator and electric dust collector to be treated then discharged into air.The collecting fine powders go into the fine chain conveyor, and then conveyed into the raw meal homogenizing silo.
