4 Pillars Block Press

1. Downslide velocity of the upper work table can transfer stably from fast to slow, and pressure can be applied after clamping. Fast falling velocity ≥200mm/s (adjustable), rising velocity ≥100mm/s (adjustable). The press is armed with 4 sets of Φ120 pillar mechanisms. It ensures that clamping precision doesn’t exceed 0.1mm. 2. Dimension of upper and lower work table: 2000mm*3000mm. T slots are placed in front and at bottom (specifications are determined by customers). Clamping pressure is 80T 4000T. 3. Electric system is composed by electric components and PLC. After inching matched mold, automatic compaction, automatic, pressure hold (main motor stops work during pressure holding so as to save energy), automatic pressure supplement (especially for small power motor), emergency stop and pressure hold to the setting time (0 120 minutes), it can return stroke manually or automatically. 4. Hydraulic system is composed by integrated valve block and the valve supplied by Shanghai Lixin. Shanghai high pressure pump is applied. Power of the motor is 22KW+11KW. It can be installed on the top or at the bottom. At the top of the press, there is an elevated oil tank which supplies hydraulic oil when the upper work table glides fast. 5. 4 pillars block press is widely applied to all kinds of pressing products. And its work table can be manufactured to be heating or un-heating according to pressing technology of customers. 6. The equipment comes with frame type structure which ensures good steel resistance and high strength. Overhead oil cylinder and oil tank realize fast descend and are featured in reasonable layout, safe and stable operation.
