Product name: 399 Poly-Putty A522 1.Instructions: The product is used to fill in the bottom material pits, cracks, small welded joints. Thus the bottom material surface is smoother. Putty can be used in iron panel, steel plate, aluminium plate and on any painted metallic surface. 2.Essential component and basic performance of poly-putty. Essential component: Made up by unsaturated polyester resin, styrene, paint, stuffing, and assistant Basic performance: Poly-putty is bi-component remedy putty, mainly includes main dust and curing agent. The main dust contains unsaturated polyester resin, main ingredients of curing agent is peroxide. After two-component mix, the peroxide makes the unsaturated keys cross-linking co-polymerization and form non-dissolved and non-melted net structure. Poly –putty has the performance such as fast drying, easy constructer, high rigidity, fine and smooth bright. 3.Operation Instructions: The weight ratio between 399 Poly Putty and hardener is 100:1.5-3.0. Please mix 399 Poly Putty and hardener evenly. You have 7-10 minutes to operate after having mixed them. You need the paint harden evenly, only then may abrade polish. 4. Packing: Packing Detail: 3.5Kg a tin, 4Kg a tin, 4 tins/ carton.MOQ:200 cartons. 5.Applications: Remove rust, oil, dirt, old film, water, etc. from surface completely by sander and Hardener. Standard mixing ratio of Base and Hardener is: Base / Hardener=100 / 2(by weight). Knead Base and Hardener thoroughly to make the color of mixture uniform. After completely mixing, apply the mixture within pot life(7-10 mins). Apply the mixture rubbing down fully with spatula to avoid bubbing. Sanding shall be made after completely drying (for more than 1 hour at 20°C). In high humidity, especially during rainy season,the hardening time becomes longer than usual. Pot life changes depending on the temperatures and humidity. 6.CAUTIONS: Do not return used putty and mixture to the Base can. Used tools shall be washed with lacquer thinner. Store free from fire, direct sunshine, high temperature, and rain drop. Storage period: within 9 months after manufacturing.
