Maintenance : Replace cartridges regularly to maintenance water quality .Make sure each filter works effectively and guarantee water quality to pass standard .If cartridges are changed regularly ,pure water machine users can enjoy high quality pure water permanently .Cartridge replacement period depends on the source water quality and the consumption of pure water .Following are the suggested replacement period of each filter on the basis that the source water is city running water. First stage filter :3 to 6 months Second stage filter :4-9 months Third stage filter(RO Membrane ) :5-10 months Fourth stage filter : 12-24 months Cartridge replacement period depends on the pure water consumption and the source water quality .If adopt safety replacement frequency mentioned above, the pure water quality can be guaranteed .Therefore above suggestions are for reference only . RO membrane flush :During the source of pure water producing ,RO membrane surface will be begrimed with impurity and germ .Therefore water quality will drop .So regular RO membrane washing is needed . Following are flushing steps: Close diverter valve of pressure tank ,open long reach faucet ,RO booster pump starts (must confirm booster pump have started );open bypass washing valve ;make RO membrane flush ,concentrate water is discharged .After flushing finished close bypass washing valve ,open diverter valve in pressure tank ,close long reach faucet .Washing time is 15 minutes . To prolong system service life and guarantee pure water quality and quantity ,users can adjust flushing frequency and flushing time according the quality of local city running water Notice 1. Please do not take apart the element parts on machine in case of leakage or damaging the machine . Pressure tank have an air vent and do not deflate it .Do not use the disproportional power source instead of voltage rating .If the system is not in use for a long period of time ,the plug of power source should be pulled out (optional if with pump ),and the inlet water ball valve should be shut to cut off source water .After long term out of service ,when using again should follow the operation as the first time .Careful handing is necessary during shipping ,moving and installation .
