Working Principle The rotor of DPC hammer crusher is revoluting with high-speed in the driving system, the hammers head strike material with high velocity in the driving of rotor. also break or thrown the stones, the material is crushed by the impact plate or broken by itself, then feed into the area where the grate plate and the grid working and be crushed again. Hammer head is made of AMC composite material which is developed by our company independently. The service life of the hammer is 50-150% longer than the hammer which is made from Mn18Cr2MoNbRe. 5.
