Our standard products have three kinds of package types : I. Basic-type; II. 900um Fanout-type; III. 900um SFF-type. The basic type has not only the excellent performance, but the smallest size. The 900um fanout-type can have the protective layer of 900um loose tube and plus an option of connectors, making convenient communication with other components. As for the 900um SFF-type (Small Form Factor), it can provide the same function as the 900um fanout-type but without.
