ZQJ250 Series Desander & Schlammschüttelsieb Assembly

Detailed Description ZQJ 250 desander is a new type of second-stage solids control equipment for drilling fluid. It is a combination of an ordinary desander and a linear motion shale shaker. The major function of this type of desander is to remove fine solid particles which can not be screened by the shale shaker. Consequently the second-stage treated drilling fluid goes into the third-stage separating equipment-desilter. In addition, this improved type of desander can reclaim the barite in mud to saving the cost of drilling. When the desander is used, the discharged particles from the bottom mouths of hydrocyclones were fall down onto the fine screen. After the treatment of the shaker, sands larger than the mesh size will be removed and solid particles smaller than the mesh size will back into the mud circulation system through the screen. The desander has the advantages of rugged design, large capacity, high treating quality, durability, fast installation and low maintenance, etc. Technical Parameters 1. The shale shaker with fine screen is designed on the basis of self-synchronization of two vibration shafts and moves linearly. The circular screen is laid out horizontally thus over 50% capacity is increased than the tilt one. (2)About the manifold:Φ150 inlet pipe and Φ200 overflow pipe with flanges on both ends are adopted. Both ends are accessible for the liquid. The overflow pipe’s fitting can rotate at any angle on its axis for the convenience of installation. (3)For the screen box: the double drums of the screen box can respectively stretch the slip tightening units of the screen. The vibration exciting device and the screen box are an assembled together. (4) For the base, tightening units are designed on the base to fix the screen box.
