(1) The design and manufacturing for the rig stick to this principle that is safe, reliable, advanced, convenient and economical. The whole performance conforms to HSE requirements and rule. The technical performance and parameter of rig accord with the national and industrial standard which are GB 3826.1,GB3826.2,SY5609, main components conform to API Spec Q14F6A7K8A requirements. The rig conforms to 3C standard. (3) Adopts heavy duty carrier 12×8,which are made by ourselves. Hydraulic assist steering system is adopted, it has good cross country performance. (4 )CAT diesel engine and Detroit diesel are matched with ALLISON transmission box and TWIN DISC hydraulic transmission box, which can fulfill high effective transmission. Rotary table can adopt electrical drive. Emergency motor power system is optional. (5) Main brake of main drum can adopt belt or disc brake, auxiliary brake can use air control and water cooling disc brake. (6) Transmission system of Rotary table can realize Rotary tables forward and reversal rotation, which can satisfy DP screw rotary operation. Anti torque releasing device can ensure the torque is released before the DP distort. (7) Derrick is hydraulic raising and lowering , front open and double section hydraulic telescoping. (8) Substructure is double section telescoping or parallelogram structure. The height and floor area can be designed according to users requirements. (9) Perfect solid control, well control, high pressure manifold system and generator house, air source house, doghouse and mud pump set, which can meet different requirements. (10) Transmission system of rig, derrick, Drawworks and control system are centralized on the carrier, so the rig can be transported expediently and operated safely.
