Test condition: swing shock with 30KG weight sand bag and 0.5M fall. Joint 1. Fixing countersunk stainless steel self tapping screw at the purline on edges of the board, which is for orientation and fixation. 2. Using one piece screw per 40cm space. If there is hiding steel or purline, it has to been fixed by the screw. 3. The joint is fixed by staple on the tenon, which gap is around 3mm. Filling the gapfiller into the gaps effectively and strickling the filled gap with scraper. 4. Sanding the filled gap slightly when it is dry enough, and then mopping up the second layer gapfiller. 5. When the second layer gapfiller is dry enough, sanding the joint surface slightly till it become even. Then you can do the final decoration of the wall surface.
