This machine candothepre-bending through horizontal moving of the two bottom rolls.it only needone feeding of metal plate to fufill the prebending of two ends. 1.The two bottom rolls are drivenby separate power system,eliminating the mechanical interference, vibration and abrasion from the sliding frictions.The bearings of the rolls are self-aligning roll-bearings,with low energy consumption and noises. The required power from the main motor is small, energysaving and environmental protecting. 2.Thehydraulic cylinder ofupender is setbeneath the bed,reducing the volume of the whole machine structure.
