The procedure of the craftwork Spraying the grain bottom powder----wrapping the grain paper----covering the high-temperature film ----vacuum application----heat transfer solidifying---removing the paper---the finished products5. Operation instruction Heating up the three working areas to 165,160,165(process temperature).Setting the heating time for the left and right side (Time Relay), time setting is according to the size of the profile and normally 13-25 minutes. To set the transducer PWD frequency at about 15HZ.Wrapping the grain paper, press the paper with the grain side close to the profile. The width of the paper should at least 30% longer than the profiles perimeter. To make the grain paper have enough space to shrink and stick the grain paper joining place with beauty paper ,one piece for every 400mm. Cover the high-temperature film ,the length of the high temperature film should be 500mm than the length of the profile! Wrapping the profile into high temperature bearing film. For profile with small girth, could put two profiles into one cover and then lay the profile on the bed, open vacuum 1 and vacuum 1.1 or open vacuum 2 and vacuum 2.2. Locking one side of cover into the taking head tightly. Folding the other side and sticking with the beauty paper for airproof. One taking head matched with one cover and keep the profile and cover strain in order to prevent the crimple. Open the valve when it is strain. Open the door of the furnace and after vacuum dealing, the working bed would enter into the furnace automatically and the door would close automatically, the time relay would control the time and the annunciator would ring when time is up. Then the door would open and the working bed would come out automatically, then we need renew the switch of the furnace door. Make the two sides work alternately and we get the finished products after removing the paper!
