Modular metallic weighbridge 1.1 The real modularized structure, outstanding exchangeability There are only three kinds of modules, with which we can get any size of weighbridge you want: 3x6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24m, etc. Also you can easily enlarge the length from 12m to 18m, or from 18m to 24m only by adding 3 pieces of modules, which saves investment cost for customers to the utmost. 1.1 High rigidy and heavy duty structureSmooth top plate, thickness: 10mm; 8 pcs of u-beams, u-beam plate thickness: 6mm, whereas, other suppliers use 4 or 6 u-beams with plate thickness of 5mm; our bridge height is 330mm. Bending machine for u-beam; max. length of u-beam: 8m;this machine ensures the efficiency and also the quality of u-beams 1.2 High quality level welding CO2 Protection Welding and ShieldedArcWelding, standard fillet weld with no end, the minimum weld leg length is 8mm. All welding of u-beams are processed on standard welding platform. Each welding platform is equipped with a press device, which can offer 160t pressure on weighbridge u-beams. After welding, the press will be kept on the u-beams for 24 hours to release the internal stress and avoid the structure deformation. All welding lines are tested by ultrasonic flaw detection. 2.4 Exceptional rust and corrosion protection, outstanding resistance to wear Step 1: Sandblasting External surfaces of all modules undergo complete sandblasting to removeany contaminants such as mill scale, welding gases, oli or otherresidue. We use a centrifugal steel shot blasting system which blasts a mixture of steel grit and steel shot simultaneously to remove contaminants. If thesteel is not properly cleaned (like other Chinese suppliers, they just polish the steel surface by hand), paint will flake and wear away, diminishing its appearance, exposing the scale to the elements and shortening its lifespan. Although paint can initially hide much of thisresidue on a lower qualityweighbridge, it will quickly appear once in the field. We use an intense cleaning process to remove all foreign materials andresidue before painting to ensure proper bonding of the paint. Sandblasting Cleaning: Sa 3.0; Surface Roughness: 40 85μm Step 2: Protective coating After surface cleaning, the weighbridge is moved to dust-free painting room, and all steel surfaces are sprayed with a protective coating to prevent the steel from moisture. Step 3: 2 coatings of epoxy zinc primer 12 hours after protective coating, all weighbridge surfaces are sprayed a coating of high performance epoxy zinc primer. 24 hours under constant temperature of 25°C, another coating of epoxy zinc primer will be sprayed. The thickness of 2 primers is over 60 micron. Step 4: 1 coating of alkyd enamel finish 24 hours after the 2nd primer, high quality alkyd enamel finish is applied. The thickness of the finish is over 50 micron. 2.5 More pieces of weighbridges can be loaded into a 20ft container The structure is specially designed as per the inner dimension of 20ft container. The full use of container is to the utmost. 35t CLC weighbridge: Sizes and ProductsQuantity fitted into 20ft container18x3m1 set + 2 pcs bridge partFor 50 units of 18x3m, 120t, 35t CLC weighbridge, we need only 38 20ft containers, whereas other suppliers’ structure needs 25 40ft containers to fit, so our design can save the shipping cost to the utmost. 2.6 Ideal delivery time Real modularized structure ensures us to keep enough modules in stock. That means we can deliver in very short time. 2.7 Fast and economical installation, even in restricted sites Kejie SCS-M weighbridge is humanized structure. During assembling, no need to turn over the bridges. It takes about 6 hours to finish installation of 1 complete set 3x18m weighbridge. Even in the place without crane, the weighbridge can be easily installed by forklift. 2.8 Convenient access Removable section covers allow convenient access for maintenance and service. 2.9 No exposed wiring High quality plastichot water pipes are applied in the weighbridge to protect the cable, which has outstanding rust protection performance and won't damage the cable. 2.10 Low profile The height from base-plate to top deck is only 370mm (both pit type and above ground type) 2.11 Full capacity test weights calibration for weighbridge before leaving factory.
