(3)Screw and material tube are all made of 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen treatment . This will ensure the screw and the material tubes strength, hardness and process accuracy are high enough. And the sheet produced by this extrude unit is flat and even. (4)Sheet structure is four layers, it is A/B/C/B. A is 7%-10%, BB is 30%-40%, C is 50%-63%.(It can be adjusted according to your need).
