SGA model can’t equip with the air-knife, it can’t be suitable for the thin paper, only the thickness of paper is more than 200g. but the SGC can equip with the air-knife, it can suitable for the thin paper( 80g- 200g).there are IR drying system and UV drying system, so it is suitable for UV oil, dull oil, injection oil , aqueous oiland so on. SGC model UVvarnishing machine adopts three rubber coated rolls to coat. The scraping knife use imported unit with hydraulic structure. The uniform coating effect and fine adjustment system make the surface of paper more smooth. The coating oild is thinner and more uniform. SGC model UVvarnishing machine can eliminate the pin hole and orange skin phonomenon. The scraping knife is more trim and can remove the UV oil sticking to the surface of impression cylinder to avoid the back of paper from dirty.According the thin paper is difficult to be coated, our factory specially research the air-knife equipment, it belongs to selection unit. It makes the range of paper can extent to 80g-600g. the air-knife unit has achieved national patent.the air-knife unit is controlled by a group of electric eyes, when the thin paper get through the coating roller and pression roller, thin paper is very easy to adsorb the roller,and at the moment air-knife unit erupt the gases to bolw the paper away form the surface of roller. Then the paper will fall on the belt of vacuum air extracting table, delivered by the conveyor belt smoothly.
