Our SNC-1 is suitable for industrial applications that require high-purity nitrogen, but at the same time, be able to tolerate higher levels of hydrogen gas residual content. As a result, SNC-2 is suitable for processes that can only accept minimal residual contents of oxygen and hydrogen gases.SNC-3 nitrogen purifier: 1) Process: oxygen removal through chemical reaction, using de-oxidants 2) Technical parameters: a) Outlet nitrogen purity: ≥99.999% b) Oxygen content: ≤1ppm c) Dew point: ≤-60°C d) Hydrogen content: ≤5ppm When the oxygen content of the supplied nitrogen is less than 1,000ppm, we recommend our SNC-3 that uses high efficiency de-oxidants to remove oxygen. With this process, high purity nitrogen can be produced without any residual hydrogen gas content. However, this process requires the de-oxidization device to be periodically regenerated using hydrogen gas and heat.SNC-4 nitrogen purifier (oxygen removal with carbon): 1) Process: oxygen removal using activated carbon 2) Technical parameters: a) Outlet nitrogen purity: ≥99.999% b) Oxygen content: ≤5ppm c) Dew point: ≤- 60°C d) Hydrogen content: ≤5ppm When the oxygen content of the supplied nitrogen is less than 5,000ppm, we recommend using our SNC-4 that uses high efficiency activated carbon de-oxidants to remove oxygen traces. Thus, high purity without hydrogen is obtained. However, this process also requires the periodical replenishment of the used activated carbon.
