I. Introduction ZXG series of pneumatic diaphragm cage-type single-seat regulating valve is a kind of medium-pressure balancing regulating valve. It takes cage-type sleeve guiding, single-seat sealing structure and multi-spring actuator. The flow passage looks like S shape. The valve uses imported MA43 series of balance sealing ring, featuring stable operation, large allowable pressure difference, accurate flow characteristic, and low noise, etc. Therefore, it is especially applied to working conditions that valve has large pressure difference and small allowable leakage. These series products boast various models as standard type, heat sink type, low temperature type, adjusting/cutting off type and sylphon sealed type, etc. The nominal pressure grade (PN) is divided into 1.6, 4.0, 6.4, and 10.0 (MPA). The valve body caliber (DN) ranges from 20 mm to 200 mm. They are applied to liquid temperature ranging from -150 to +250 °C. The leakage grade is divided into Class IV, Class V and Class VI. The top guiding single-seat regulating valve features compact structure, few components and convenient maintenance. 2. The metal spool can be used in various working conditions, which reaches Class IV leakage standard. The ZXPQ soft sealing spool reaches Class VI leakage standard. 3. According to fluid mechanics principle, the valve body is designed as the flow channel of low flow resistance with uniform section with a great adjustable range. The rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%. 4. The adjustable scope is large, and inherent rangeability is 50. 5. The actuator uses multi-spring structure to decrease 30% of height and 30% of weight. 6. The ZXGV sylphon sealed regulating valve can completely seal the mobile valve rod so as to avoid leakage of liquid. 7. With a thermal insulation jacket, the ZXPJ regulating valve can be applied in the situation that blocking is caused by crystallization and solidification after fluid cooling.
