Characteristic: The machine tool is fit for milling and cutting rubber rollers of textile machines, components like axles, and may also be used for rubber rollers of olive shape, taper and curve shapes. The machine is a CNC machine involving the united action of two axles. The entire cutting and milling process is controlled by the CNC system, and has a human-machine interface menu for programming and numerically controlled sand wheel finishing. The machine can be fitted with an automatic feeding device according to the user’s requirements. 1,Sand wheel frame feeding X axis, longitudinal movement of worktable in Z axis; AC servo motor and ball screw shaft are adopted for the travel limits to ensure reliable and high precision. 2,The milling head main shaft system adopts hydraulic dynamical pressure combined axle bearing(3-bush structure),and may also use the dynamic and static pressure oil film axle bearing with static pressure oil tank; stepless speed regulation for the maxin shaft, AC frequency con version for head frame (driving rubber rollers to rotate),worktable and the servo structure of sand wheel frame have stepless speed variation. 3,Pneumatic center-free clamping device is adopted for holding the central shaft of rubber roller for milling process, which can achieve extremely precise geometric sizes and surface roughness. The sleeve of the tail frame has the pneumatic stretch and withdrawal function holding the core roller automatically and in high precision. 4,Double-level worktable is adopted, making the milling taper for the rubber roller adjusted conveniently. 5,The head frame deriving the rubber roller in rotation is fitted with automatic clamp for holding the core shaft of rubber roller and setting it free automatically after milling and cutting finished. 6,The machine body has PLC time-set multi-point lubrication mechanism, extending the service life and operability. 7,Special sand wheel stones of large air pores and large dust and air suction device are adopted to ensure a fine work environment.
