First being a fun, fat burning cardio workout, second being an effective toning resistance workout for the upper body. The device offers a unique movement which pivots left to right, as you step left to right as well as moving up and down, this is to target multiple muscles from different angles. The hydraulic bars aim to absorb the pressure from your knees and ankles.The Twist & shape can be used with, or without the resistance bands, which can be easily attached and removed as you require.
