SEBS YH-503

YH-503, which has the highest molecular weight among linear SEBS products, has excellent mechanical properties when being highly filled. The double INP network formed by mixing with PP is complete. It could be used to produce products by mixing with other materials. It is mainly used to produce base materials of blending elastomer such as various wrapping, sealing strip, shock resistant materials and road marking paint, strengthen other elastomers and toughen and modify plastics, etc. It could be mixed with most of plastics to make various products. Different plastics have different influences on the performance of the final products. For example, when PPO powder is added into YH-503 blending material, the separation of styrene and butadiene is speeded up. So the temperature tolerance performance, mechanical properties, rigidity and smoothness on the surface are prominently improved. When proper amount of the copolymer of a-methyl styrene and acrylonitrile is added, the surface of products is non-stick.
