Black master batch Introduction Black master batch is banbury mixed at high temperature using high concentration carbon black polyethylene resin as carrier. It has good compatibility and high dispensability for most of resins. It is produced with carbon black. Raw carbon black is a kind of hybrid full of dust and light weight, dirty and fuzzy, very hard to dispose. Unless using large-scale dispose measurement, it will pollute machine, worker and working environment. Therefore, the workers will choose a resin carrier, which is black master batch to do pre-disperse of carbon black. As long as this resin carrier is clean, flowable and easy to use.
