1、Equipment composition: Including layer-winding main machine (wire-arranging mechanism), intermediate tension machine (straightening apparatus), paying-off machine and control cabinet. 2、Brief introduction of equipments: 2.1 Layer rewinding main machine: Including main shaft driving system, wire-arranging mechanism, plastic tray jig (flange) and operating control box etc. 1）Electric machine power of 5.5kw, adopting AC frequency control. 2）Specification of layer-winding welding wire: φ0.8—φ2.0, applicable to gas shielded welding wire, flux-cored wire and nonferrous welding wire etc. 3）Specification of layer-wilding (standard) plastic tray: φ270Xφ150X90 or φ300Xφ200X90 etc. 4）Wire-arranging mechanism is made up of driving motor, reduction gear, wire-arranging unit etc. Full automatic accurate layer winding is realized by PLC control of driving motor according to preset wire diameters. 2.2 Intermediate tension machine: Including pneumatic straightening apparatus, tension adjustment wheel (one set of fixed wheel and one set of moving wheel), bounce cylinder, tension measuring device and safety guard cover etc. 1）Tension detection is to detect change of tension through non-contact switch and automatically control the speed of paying-off machine. 2）Pneumatic straightening apparatus varies with state of main machine winding-in & back-winding, with self holding and loosening. 2.3 Paying-off machine: Including driving system, bobbin top-fastening system, pneumatic braking device etc. Capable of realizing the function of back-winding. 1）Paying-off bobbin: φ800Xφ450X600（external diameter X inner diameter X external width）, or according to drawings provided by buyer. 2）Paying-off machine’s motor power of 22kw, adopting AC frequency control. 2.4 Control system & main configuration: Including two parts of operating control box and control cabinet. Operating control box is mounted on layer-winding main machine. Control cabinet includes frequency converter, PLC and low-voltage apparatus & components etc. 1）Frequency converter adopts INOVANCE series products, SIEMENS PLC, and low-voltage apparatus adopts domestic famous brand products. 2）Adopting display to input and display various parameters. 3）Digital display of wire weight & length and preset quantity, advance warning, and automatic stop when preset quantity is reached. 4）Automatic zero-point adjustment control: Automatic zero-point adjustment button is provided to automatically start the wire-arranging mechanism of main machine by pressing the button. 3.
