Thanks to its good adaptability and availability for construction . high adhesive strength and economical feature , it is applied for gluing the wall and floor tile at the normal temperature indoors . 108 Glue , which has passed the certification for china environment label product , is recognized as an environment-friendly green prouct . Base treatment : The base should be compact and free from dust . If the wall is loose or smooth , Qiang Gu QG500 should be applied for interface treatment , or applied for cement broom-finish . Ceramic Tile Treatment : Dip the tile in water for several minutes and then take it out for drying in the shade . Blending ratio of the adhesive cement : 108 Glue is diluted with water at a certain proportion and fully mixed before it is used . Recommended proportion : 108 Glue : water =1:2 . The consistence of the cement mortar should be based on the requirement of construction . Instructions on construction : Apply the cement mortar on the tile for leveling and compaction at the thickness of 5 7mm . Construction temperature : Construction ambient temperature should be above 5°C and construction curing temperatrue should be above 0°C . Applicable standard : Technical standard : JC/T438-2006 : quantity limitation standard of hazardous materials : GB18583-2001 . Storage and transportation : Keep in a cool , no light and dry place where the room temperature should be above 5°C . Service lite is 12 months . It is a normal phenomenon if there is some sedimentation during storage period . Please mix it well before it is used . The product is nontoxic and noncombustible .
