Electrical parts:- Main board (KOYO self-developed) - ARM 32 bits microprocessor - Basic points: 36 points input, 24 points input, it can be extended to 68 points input. - Key-press input, LED display, parameters can be set and history records could be shown. - 1000 pieces malfunctions and records could be saved. - Remote communication interface (RS485 and CAN) - Power-off real time protection - All the contactors are from LG and relays from OMRON; the switches for controller are waterproof. - All escalator protection switches are from Schmersal (Europe brand). - We use wiring in different color in controller which is easily inspected, and there are also corresponding code for each wiring. - From the point of people-oriented idea, we design main power switch on the control box so that the power would be off as soon as the controller door is opened. - We use gear box from Germany SIMENS and motor from Taiwan. During motor operation, there is little noise and shaking. - LED self-diagnosis panel is in the inner decking. When there is malfunction, you can know what the problem from the LED panel is; there is no need to remove the landing plate. Mechanical parts:- Step rollers and chain rollers are made of Germany Bell materials which is the best material for rollers at present because such material is rigid and anti-aging. - Steps are Die-cast aluminum which is thick and endurable - The inner and outer decking is SST304 1.5mm. - Escalator chain connection panel is 5mm 40RAMN alloy steel which is rigid and bearable. - Control box is anti-fire design and the protection rank is up to IP55, but only IP21 in China. - Step guide rail is made of hollow section steel which is strong and with high precision. There is chimb on each side so the step roller would be kept and will not change direction. In this way, there would be little noise. - Truss is made of special angle iron which is specially welded; it is not the same case in China. - Escalator flooring panel is made from anti-sliding stainless steel so it would be very safe for passengers. - Handrail height is 1000mm which is much safer, but only 900mm in China. - The installation of front panel can be adjusted to be at the same level with the floor.
