Hole depth,size are according to mould weight, and whole mold frame when mould be lift. 3.Ensure waterway,oil way,hot runner system is in good protect condition. 4.Limited switch always be fixed in mould to coordinate with push-out system. 5.Waterway should be fixed the side of opposite mould operator.The water way cann't leak and not affect other system. 6.Clindy and clinder plate must be fixed by screw, and keep balance. 7.Spring length is siut to push out distance and compression distance,without error. 8.All the mould parts must be chamfered siutable. 9.Mould cavity and core must be grinded 1200#above, line,surface looks beautiful. 10.All the Moulds are automatic. 11.Mould surface without any rust,and must be paint antirust paint.
