BGD 157 series Rheometers is the most general viscometer in the world. Its so cost-efficient that its greatly favored by customers. Its function and performance has reached the advanced level of similar types abroad. It applies stepping motor based on 16-bytes microcomputer processor, with blue screen TFL-LCD. It functions with even rotate speed, distinctive keystrokes, programming, and when centesimal torsion is below 10% or above 90%, the alarm will work. RTD ensures real-time temperature measurement and control during viscosity measurement, with an accuracy of 0.1. Temperature range of measurement is between -20 and 120. Displayer tells directly viscosity, rotary speed, temperature, centesimal torsion, serial number of the spindle and maxim viscosity that can be measured at present rotary speed of the spindle used. RS232 interface printing, the interval of which can be set by users themselves. The bi-directional RS232 interface allows communication with computer, programming and data collection. DV Programmed offline downloading software can be purchased so that customized measuring programs can be downloaded to the instrument for automated and individual operations. The circuit is designed by the most advanced microcomputer processor in the world, thus the structure is reasonable and compact. The full scale and levels of lineal measure are measured and adjusted through a PC interface, whose measuring capability is up to the advanced standards of similar types abroad.
