The CD3/C,rebuild roughing-cementing shoe bottom machne,roughs and cements in one operation with no need for the operator to load and unload the roughing-cementing machine. The machine is equipped with two shoe boxes for the shoe locking allowing to perform simultaneously the two operations of roughing and cementing of the shoe bottom: while one pallet performs the roughing cycle, the other performs the cementing operation and vice versa. The main characteristics of CD3/C are the following: -the last is loaded after the lasting phase and unloaded when roughed and cemented. -the shoe position does not change from the roughing to the cementing phase, thus assuring a perfect cementing on the profile carried out during the roughing cycle. -self-learning of the last profile divided into 60 points distribuited over the last. -the self-learnt profile for the roughing cycle is elaborated by the computer and automatically used for the cementing cycle. -pressure of the rouging brush and of the cement brush bristles varying from point to point. -possibility to vary the speed of the roughing brush and of the cementing brush. -programmable brush grinding in frequence and time. -suction system of the dust produced by the roughing. -on line correction system to introduce small modifications during the working cycle without stopping the machine . -all the programming parameters can be modified on the video by the operator.
