ZhuoDi Quartz Stone Making Plant is a full automatic production line. It includes material feeder system, press system, heating and solidifying system, automatic polishingsystem and cutting line. This line have following excellent charaters: 1.Work without mould in the full line, more saving material and power.simply and clear in the operation flow. 2.8 Vibrators running in the press. Theyare all connected together to run synchronously. It brings much bigger vibration force,adopt vacuum vibrating principle. 3.Due to bigger vibration force, it realizes7% of resin's content. That means cost down effectively. 4.Bigger mixer,minimize the color tolerance. Materialcan bemixed more evenly because of the roller mixer, avoiding less color lump. 5.There are vertical type and horizontal type heating&solififying system for client's choice. 6.Solidifying evenly, energy saving, no bending happening. 7.
