1.For newly designed crusher, our company has perfected structure of rotor on basis of analyzing national and foreign crushers combining with opinions from customers. The connecting between rotor and shaft selects lock disk, which reduces the manufacturing precision of shaft and hole and can easily connected with bolts instead of using heating and cooling equipment. 2.With even screen plate designed, it is available to obtain even final size within narrow range. 3.With hydraulic adjusting and protective structure, the gap between plate hammer and impact plate can be adjusted by hydraulic system, which largely reduces oversize or undersize material. 4.With high wear plate hammer that is shaped by complex casting technique combining with wear alloy material, it has largely improved the abrasion, impact and hardness of plate hammer.
