Our product is stable in the sterilization process like UHT and pasteurization. The recommended application dosage is 0.3-0.5%(by weight) The application in ice cream by Feihoo CMC as dispersant and excipient will not only improve swelling and make it soft, smooth, greasy, but also prevent ice crystal formation. The recommended application dosage is 0.25-0.35%(by weight) The function of thickening, suspension, salt-resistance by Feihoo CMC will make it stable and improve texture while application in soya sauce, jam, nutritional porridge, fruit juice. The recommended application dosage is 0.3%-0.8%(by weight). While Feihoo CMC is applied in instant noodle, biscuit, frozen food as excipient and adhesive it will improve toughness, surface smoothness, mouthfeel and decrease breakage. The recommended application dosage is 0.25%-0.4% (by weight). While Feihoo CMC applied in millet wine, beer, the recommended dosage is 0.5-1% (by weight). While Feihoo CMC applied in soy milk, breaded products, nutritional porridge，sesame paste, sausage, mooncake, pastries, the recommended dosage is 0.3-0.8%(by weight).
