The tolerance of all critical parts of our die is controlled within +/-0.002mm and feeding distance is controlled within +/-0.005mm. The surface roughness is within 0.04-0.1um and concentricity. The punching and cutting speed is at 250-350 spm. The design life span is 120-150 million strokes anad the llife span of cutting tools is 1-1.2 million strokers. The die functions are auto-punching, interlocking, groove twisting, revolving and punching of step holes etc complete with safety devices, stop rod and mis-feed protector etc.
