Henghao Low Voltage Switch cubicle is tested in accordance with ASTA requirment and built to BS and IEC. Door and Panel -All doors,panel covers and side plates are made of 1.5mm thickness(or 2mm thickness on request) electroanalysis steel plate shich are inter-changeable.The panel covers and sideplates can be built without or with vetilation fans for cooling and be installed at any side of the switch board. The concealed hinged doors may be aranged in the front,back and both sides of the switch cubicle. The dorrs are fitted with integral gasket and earth stud as standard. BASE Frame -The Base frae is made of 5# thickness slot steel plate finished with balck color. The standard height of the base frame is 80 mm and is suitable for cable below installation of epoxy sparay coating to RAL7032(Standard Color)or RAL7035(White)and other colors upon request. Henghao Low Voltage cubicle switchboards and motor control centres are designed,manufactured and tested to the following standards: Rated Insulation Voltage: Up to 600V/AC Rated Current: Main Busbar up to 4000A(Higher current rating is available on request) Rated Operating Frequency: 50Hz/60Hz Dielectric power frequency test: 2500V/AC for 60S Temperature rise test: In compliance with BS EN60439 Part1,1994 Short circuit withstand capability: In compliance with BS EN60439 Part1,1994.50KA rated fused short circuit current for Tee-off switches.65KA one second and 50KA three seconds for horizontal and vertical main busbar inside Switchboard with main incomer. Degree of protection: Standard production is IP31 in accordance with BS and IEC requirement.The enclosure can provide higher degree according to customer's requirments. Form of construction: Standard production is IP31 in form 3 as per BS EN60439 part1,1994 requiremnt.It can be built to Form 2 and 4 upon request.
