1. Structure and Operating Principle ARGS15 Mobile Rubber Asphalt Plant consist of asphalt fast-heating tank; pre-mix tank; crumb rubber metering and feeding system, asphalt metering and feeding system; additives metering and feeding system; thermal oil heating system; reaction tank truck for finished product; pneumatic system and control system etc. There are two modes of operation—manual and automatic control. Automatic control is realized by PLC: First determine the quantity of asphalt, crumbed rubber and additives used according to certain proportioning. Then input parameters to the control units. Turn on on/off button. PLC start to work according to the user’s set up until the whole working procedure is finished or manually stops it. 2. Main Performance Characteristics: Introduced world-famous frequency converter to accurately control feeding amount of asphalt, crumb rubber and additives, ensuring a good proportion among materials.The pre-mix tank is equipped with high-speed blender to mix and shear materials. There is a liquid level detector in the pre-mix tank to adjust the liquid level automatically.Asphalt metering and feeding system is equipped with the thermal oil jacket.
