Principles of separator: Once the substances to be separated have been put in the disc separation zone of the rotary drum, the separator employs different centrifugal forces on the oil, water and residue caused by their different densities in the centrifugal field to separate them. During the oil-water separation process, the separated oil will be discharged via the light-liquid centripetal pump, the water will be discharged via the heavy-liquid centripetal pump and the residue will be dealt properly. During the clarifying process, we use specific gravity ring with the minimum caliber in the specific gravity ring set, then the separated oil will be discharged via the light-liquid centripetal pump and the residue will be discharged properly.
