Surface plating coating, Good at abrasion resistance, Good at acidity and alkali resistance(salt spray test for 96 hours),endure high & low temperature(UBPPT test for 96 hours, 1 hour high temperature test of 150,4 hours high temperature test of 100, 8 hours steam aging test). 5.The product meet RoHS requirements and have passed ICP/SGS testing. 6.Production process: diecasting - stamping-flashing-sand blasting-plating,conveyer line production,5000 pieces daily production per line. 7.We have RAC punch tape test device, steam aging test device and UBPPT(double 85 accelerate test device) test device for high temperature & pressure etc. 8.We have 2.5 dimension measure instrument,internal & outside micrometers,height micrometers,sclerometer,push & pull tester,torque tester etc. 9. Apply advanced FAI,SPC,CPK,GR&R quality management system to control our production.
