Which consists of: ball strainer, ball collector, ball pump, sponge rubber ball, valves, control cabinet etc. equipment. 2.The ball strainer is a key part of the condenser tube cleaning system, its function is to segregate the balls from cooling water, and ensure no balls leakage or blocked. Ball strainer be installed on the outlet section of the cooling water, the balls will be callback when the water contain balls from condenser get through the balls strainer and educed from ball strainer by discharging pipe. The screen of the strainer could be rotary, screen will be in “recovery” under ball cycling, screen will be in “back washing” under no balls charging, and at this time the dirty with the screen will be swept by the water and decrease the screen water resistance. Turning orientation of the screen will be ensured by electric actuator (minitype ball strainer is manual operation). 2.The ball collector is a device which is used to charge, collect, change and to observe operation of the condenser tube cleaning system. Different type as for volume balls –contained, there are electric and manual operation as per use’s requirements. Balls could cycle free and continuously in the system when on-off valve which control operation status of ball collector in “charging” position, when on-off valve in “recovery” position, balls will be blocked in the ball collector, however the cooling water could get through, and all the balls charged in cycling could be collected in the ball collector. 3.The ball recirculating pump is a motive source in the condenser tube cleaning system. The water balls serried from ball strainer get through the ball pump and heighten the press head then be sent into the cooling water pipe. This pump is a special expedite centrifugal pump with specialties of balls unblocked, balls uncrushed and light abrasion etc. Select ball pump with different parameters and specification as per operating conditions. Select low flow ball pump for minitype condenser and heat exchanger system in order to reduce hot water refluence. Select high lift ball pump for long feeding pipe and more resistance loss in order to ensure the normal recirculating.
