Fixed Carbon: 98.5% Min Ash: 0.8% Max V.M.: 0.7% Max Sulphur: 0.5% Max Moisture: 0.5% Max Size: 1- 5 mm Calcined petroleum coke is used as the carbon additive in steel mills and foundry plants; made cathode or anode for Aluminum plants. Widely used in steel-metallurgy as the raw-material of graphite electrode, in aluminum-metallurgy as carbon resources and the stuff of graphite paste for electrobath. It is also used to make carborundum, calcium carbide and other carbon products.
