1. Usage and the Application Range The JMJC-A multi-functional substation detector is an instrument mainly for the function detection, maintenance and overhaul of the safety monitoring system. The instrument can be used to check the substation for all the safety monitoring systems, and it is a multi-functional auxiliary tool provided for the maintenance personnel of the safety equipment in the coal mine, the application of the instrument shall ensure that the maintenance personnel of the safety equipment quickly calibrate the functions, the operating condition and the failure condition of the sub-station. 2. Product Features (1) Digital display: various measurement data is displayed in the digital meter, and the display is clear and direct, with high accuracy. (2) Simple operation: the equipment has few operating pushbutton and turn-buttons, the operation is simple, the utilization is convenient, and it is easy to control the equipment. (3) Provision of the required power supply for the normal operation of the substation: the JMJC-A multi-functional substation detector provides a direct current constant voltage power supply with the continuously adjustable voltage output of 0 to 30 V, to ensure that the detected substation works normally. (4) Over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection: when the output voltage/current exceeds a certain range, the power supply shall cut off automatically to ensure the safety of the detection substation. (5) Operating voltage and current display: while supplying operating power for the substation, the equipment displays the operating voltage and current of the substation. (6) Two-way independently adjustable analog signal output: two-way independent analog signals shall be provided at the same time, and the frequency is adjustable in an extensive range. Each way can independently output different frequencies through the knob adjustment, and it can also simulate the analog signals such as air velocity, methane, CO, etc.. Simultaneously, the output shall also be taken as the detection signal source of other equipment. (7) Two-way signal output of independently adjustable switching value: the switch value signals are two-way independent current signals, the adjustable range is the constant milliamp current of 0 to 100 mA, and the accuracy is high. The critical point of on and off switching value of the substation shall be determined with accurate measurement during the detection of the substation. The current measured through the milliamp current meter is low, and the output is stable, so it can be used to detect other equipment. (8) Achievement of detection of the locking function of air-door, electricity and methane at the sub-station: the detector shall provide the output of multi-analog signals and of multiplex switch signals; one way for methane simulation, one way for air velocity simulation, in combination with another way for the output of switch value, so the detection of the locking function of air-door, electricity and methane at the substation shall be realized. (9) Various complete and flexible operating methods: each output signal shall be used either independently or integrally. The various output of the detector are led out through the general wiring board, so that the user can connect different connectors according to his own needs, to different substations and other equipment, thus to realize detection and calibration of the substations of various manufacturers, without replacement of hardware, therefore, the utilization is very convenient. (10) Communication between sub-station and system: the parameters such as the baud rate of the communication between the measuring sub-station and the computer, the peak-peak value of the voltage/current of the communication signal, etc. shall be measured by firstly connecting the interface to the sub-station, and then to the computer. 3.
