Insulated glassLOW-E insulating glass is comprised of two or more pieces of LOW-E glasses with the composition of any other color, a dead space inside the glass is formed by the aluminum frame which is filled with efficient sieve absorbent, and the edges are sealed with high strength sealant. Such structures is useful to keep the insulating layer dry and improves the sound proof and heat insulation property of the glass. Insulating glass is capable of reducing 100dB outdoor noise into 55 dB inside the room. Its shielding rate achieves 45 per cent. No condensation is generated inside the insulating layer under -65C. The insulating glass made of LOW-E glass not only has the advantage of sound proof and heat insulation of insulating glass but also has the performance of low radiation and energy-saving of LOW-E glass. 1. Optical performance:it depends on raw glass sheet and thichness.The range of it is :Transmittance of solar spectrum 20-50%,Transmittance of visible light 10-80%,Reflection of heat radiation 25-80%. 2. Heat insulation:it is affected by the factors of raw glass sheet,thickness,air space thickness.The heat exchange ratio can reach 1.6W/M2 K that is only 1/2 compared to normal glass in case of low-e glass used as raw glass.For the heat insulating,it would become higher along with more thickness of air space within certain range. 3. Sound insulation:general can reach 29-32dB 4. Resistance to frosting :in general case,frosting temperature on the surface of insulating glass inside room is about 15°C lower than normal glass. 5. Dew point:it is lower than -40°C. 6.
