Automatically feeds and rotates the vials for easy and comfortable manual inspection of the container and the content inside. Intermittent Mode: Vials are dispensed from the material hopper on to the main conveyor one by one in a prescribed batch size. The batch of vials will go through a high-spin device to agitate the contents by high speed spinning. The vials will then move on to the inspection portion of the conveyor and stop for a short duration for manual inspection. The spinning content in this operation mode allows easy identification of impurities by manual inspection.Continuous Mode: Vials are dispensed from the material hopper continuously on to the main conveyor.
