Individualisierte PC Film

Individualized PC Film is a new product of Boyuan Individualized Card-making Materials Series. Surface of the film is suitable for mirror-image color laser printing and digital offset printing. This material has high imaging precision and can provide photographic printing quality. Finished cards are light resistant, heat resistant and aging resistant. Individualized PC Film can be used as protecting overlay of long life cards or meets the demands of heat-resistant, light-resistant or durable requirements of card making. Usage Mirror-image print the individualized information by laser or digital offset on the coated surface of the film. Match the film with the semi-finished PVC or PETG sheet, on which public information are printed. Finished cards can be completed after laminating and cutting. Characteristics The coating side is suitable for color laser printing and digital offset printing, and ensure high imaging precision. This material can be laminated with PVC or PETG with excellent bonding strength. It increases production efficiency and reduces the cost by combining traditional printing with individualized printing. Finished card has the characteristic of light resistant, heat resistant and aging resistant. Environment friendly, no harmful solvent or gas discharged during the card making process.
