I. Introduction ZMK/ZKK/ZNK series of high-pressure regulating valves are composed of pneumatic actuators and high differential pressure valves. ZKK series of power-driven high-pressure regulating valves are composed of power-driven actuators and high differential pressure valves. ZNK series of manual-driven high-pressure regulating valves are composed of manual-driven actuators and high differential pressure valves. The high differential pressure valve uses advanced anti-cavitation technology to design orifice union into unique multistep splitting & depressurization laminated manifold block structure, which can be used exclusively or used with sleeve. The orifice union can effectively prevent cavitation and erosion, and reduce noise. It adopts advanced sealing element inside the valve, which enables the complete high pressure sealing. These series of products are special type regulating valves, which are developed and researched for the requirements of automatic control series assembly. They are mainly used for satisfying power stations, especially 300/600 MW large heat power plants and petrochemical equipment, etc. These series of products boast various models, including ZMK (pneumatic high-pressure regulating valve), ZKK (power-driven high-pressure regulating valve) and ZNK (manual-driven high-pressure regulating valve), etc. The nominal pressure grade (PN) is divided into 25 and 32 MPA. The working temperature (centigrade) is from 250 to 400 °C. The rated flow characteristics include equal percent, equal percent + straight line. The valve body caliber (DN) ranges from 20 to 250 mm.
