The company started to expand its production scale by adding human and material resources as well as detection devices, and started to develop new products independently in compliance with the scientific concept of development from June, 2007. Boxin Petroleum Machinery Accessory Co., Ltd. is now in possession of 63 sets of equipment for machine processing, product testing and inspection. The company has 35 employees, eight of which are technical staff (three senior engineers and three intermediate engineers) accounting for 23% of the total. The company makes designs of blow-out preventers (BOP) in accordance with national, industrial and API standards, and develops new products and special products as required by customers. The company has been making innovations to its independently developed products for meeting customers` individual requirements in the oil-field industry. The company has developed more than 50 items of products in seven series including blow-out preventers (BOP), slips, gate valves, snubbing units, special products, etc., among which six items have applied for the national patent. The organization structure of the company is mainly divided into five functional departments of supply, sales, production, technology and quality inspection. The company has carried out managements in four major aspects following the GB/T19001 National Standard: When the contract and technology agreement have been signed up between the supply and sales departments and customers, the work of production planning and the implementation will be carried out by both the technology and production departments. Meanwhile the whole production will be fully monitored by the quality inspection department during the whole process from raw materials to finished products so as to ensure the quality of products. After the delivery of the products, special personnels will be sent by the supply and sales departments to sites for collecting customers` feedbacks, and the company will undertake analysis and make improvements immediately according to the feedbacks for better satisfying customers` requirements
