High-speed turnout is the important component of passenger dedicated line railway track structure, which is of qualities of high-security, high-stability and high traveling comfort; at present, high-speed turnout has two kinds: 350km/h and 250km/h by operation speed; No.18 and No.42 by angle-number; ballast and ballastless by under rail foundation. After continuous process improvement, now the throughout capacity of solving the problem that solid manganese frog not available on continuous welded rail line, the technique for welding solid manganese steel frog corresponds to the turnout. Frogs have different types; if classified by structure, there are solid manganese steel frogs for simple turnout, end frog and obtuse frog; and non-processing, fully processing and three parts processing by machining processing.
