When doing CIP cleaning process, UHT system stop working, filling valves fit false bottles, cleaning solution ( acid fluid, alkali liquor, clear water ) will enter into high level cylinder, distribution cylinder, filling valves, dropping cylinder, and reflux cylinder one by one at the speed of 12Kg/cm2 pressure from liquid inlet of filling machine and then return CIP cleaning machine again. during washing process, it can open reflux pump to washing reflux cylinder in circle through washing ball on upper of reflux cylinder.
