A wall thickness-regulating device is equipped in die lip to be suitable for production of different raw materials and ring resistance material. Special structure die make the thickness of the inner and outer wall even, and stable molding. In addtion, it has unique water cooling structure inside and close air flowing structure.The shuttle corrugated forming system ensures high efficiency extrusion of high quality pipe. The special aluminum alloy mould bolck with anti-adhereing treatment, cooling air, cooling water and vacuum channel inside of mould block ensure good forming structure of pipe and fast cooling speed. Advanced online belling system lowers the investment and increase the efficiency. In addtion, the forming systme is provided with self-protection device for sudden power cut.The cutting unit can cut pipe in right position by tracking switch.
